**Who are we**:A leading direct selling company with one of the largest shopping networks in Africa

**Who are we looking for**:A Junior Marketing Manager to manage, coordinate and implement monthly marketing activities.

**What will you need**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales and/or Marketing
- 3-5 years experience in a Marketing Role
- Experience in a Direct selling/FMCG/Retail environment advantageous
- Proven track record of experience and achievement in coordinating/implementing marketing campaigns
- Have keen eye for design, a creative passion and flair
- Highly skilled at running a great campaign from concept through to delivery
- Being competent in allocating resources, monitoring, and reporting on the status of the project.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables
- You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills
- Great organisational competencies and be able to manage the creative process from start to finish
- Experience with photoshoots and photography
- Experience with product packaging and design
- Experience managing a graphic design team
- Impressive copy writing skills
- Have a passion for the web and digital technologies is a plus
- Experience managing PR and marketing events
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment
