TIKTAL OU is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for our clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate influencer outreach and communication for marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless communication between TikTok creators, brands, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Create, manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Actively participate in brainstorming and creating campaign ideas and then work with creatives and designers to develop campaign assets.
- Perform research on current trends within influencer marketing and social media to inform and enhance campaign strategies.
- Develop and maintain campaign performance reports and analysis, identifying insightful trends and opportunities.
- Generate social media analytics and insights to guide ongoing and future influencer marketing strategies.
- Scouting & Signing New Creators to the program
- Overseeing Creators Progress
- Managing issues or questions
- Gathering data of each creators performance
- Reporting back to the team

**Requirements**:

- 2 Years experience in Project Management in an agency
- Experience working in marketing and/or influencer marketing; social media platform knowledge (TikTok in particular) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite Analytics, etc.) a plus.
