Position: Junior Marketing Manager

**Salary**: Negotiable

Where: Hybrid, Johannesburg location preferred, and only applicants residing in South Africa will be considered.

Our offices are in Bryanston, the applicant will need to travel to the office from time to time.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to enhancing Loop's brand identity, while shaping the future of our marketing endeavours in a dynamic environment where creativity is valued. Duties include (but are not limited to):
**Marketing Strategy**:

- Work closely with the team to develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve company growth goals.
- Implement the strategy across the various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as: sales and product development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

**Loop Website**:

- Work with our supplier to maintain and enhance Loop’s Website in ways that create greater customer satisfaction.

**Google Campaigns**:

- Manage our relationship with the supplier by being the liaison between Loop and the supplier.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics.
- Be involved in strategy meetings when we change campaigns.

**Public Relations**:

- Manage Loop and Loop CEO Public Relations.
- Proof read all articles about Loop before they go live.

**Social Media Channels**:

- Monitor all social media channels.
- Creative all social media content from creative to copy.

**Creative Agency**:

- Manage the relationship between Loop & our Creative Agency.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials, such as: advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
- Working closely with them to make enhancements to our brand ID.

**Loop Merchandise**:

- Order and manage Loop Merchandise.
- Marketing Coordination:

- Work closely with dynamic cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events, promotions, service providers and partnerships internally and externally.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in the Marketing or Communications Field.
- Proven experience as in a similar role in Marketing in the SaaS space.
- Strong writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and content management systems.
- Some knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple different tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and hardworking nature.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Ability to take guidance and direction from others.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others in cross-functional teams.
- Interest in innovative environments and products.
