**Back Office Manager (German-Speaking)**:

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Management**: Independently manage customer projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.

**2. Funding Documentation**: Prepare, finalize, and submit funding documents accurately and on time.

**3. Client Communication**: Deliver excellent customer communication as part of client support and advisory services.

**4. Back-Office Tasks**: Perform administrative tasks, including creating contracts, proposals, and invoices, with a high level of precision and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- ** German Language Proficiency**: Advanced level (B2 or higher), with excellent written and spoken skills.
- ** Professional Experience**: Previous experience in back-office roles, administrative support, or a similar position is preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs).
- ** Educational Background**: Vocational training in a commercial profession or a degree in business administration (or a related field) is a plus.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- ** Proactive and Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
- ** Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
