Nursery Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R5 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
