Job Description: We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hindi-Speaking Customer Service Consultants. If you are fluent in Hindi and possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role within a call center or similar environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company
- Ability to speak additional languages besides Hindi and English
**Salary**: From R7,000.00 per month
