Deputy Director: CSD

**Centre for Social Development - 3 Year Contract**

**The Requirements**

At least an Honours Degree relevant to Education, Social or Community Development (Master’s will be an advantage), plus at least 3 years’ relevant field experience, where such experience includes:

- Early childhood development and/or community development work
- Management of staff and programmes with a strong track record of delivery
- Financial management and working with budgets
- Fundraising with a successful track record in conceptualising new proposals, maintaining productive relationships with funders and meeting funding requirements
- Supervisory experience of at least 3 years at a middle management level
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Experience in a non-profit organisation would be advantageous.

**Remuneration per annum**:
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R805 257

Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R1 040 825
