Laura James has an opportunity for an ambitious and creative individual to join our team at our office in Claremont as a Paid Advertising Social Media Assistant.

The Paid Advertising Social Media Assistant for the execution, optimisation and reporting of paid social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. This role focuses on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing overall campaign performance through effective targeting, ad creative management, and data analysis. The Paid Social Media Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with seasonal marketing strategies and brand objectives.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Campaign Execution and Management**: Set up and managing paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Ensuring campaigns are structured correctly with accurate targeting.

**Ad Creative Coordination**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-performing ad creatives. Ensure ad formats (static, carousel, video, etc.) are optimised for each platform - Create A/B testing different creative variations to determine the most effective content.

**Audience Targeting and Optimisation**: Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including interest-based, custom and lookalike audiences. Monitor audience performance and adjust targeting to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Track key campaign metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost-Per-Click), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and conversions. As well as create visual weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Use insights to recommend adjustments to improve future campaign performance.

**Budget Management**: Assist in managing ad spend, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently across platforms.
- **Requirements**_

**Paid Social Media Experience**: Previous experience running or assisting with paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.

**Data Analysis**: Ability to track and interpret key campaign metrics using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Google Analytics.

**Content Optimisation**: Understanding of how to test and refine ad creatives for maximum engagement and conversion.

**Attention to Detail**: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and reporting requirements.

**Collaboration Skills**: Ability to work closely with the Content Creator and Video Editor to develop high-performing ads.

**Proactive Approach**: Ability to identify underperforming ads and suggest data-driven solutions for improvement.

Pay: R13 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
