**Requirements**:
**A vacancy has arisen for an Internal Recruiter**

This role has the accountability for ensuring that the information is set up correctly on the in house recruitment trackers, Workday and Workable

**Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need**:
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Matric with relevant tertiary education (preferable)
- Ability to juggle a number of priorities at once
- Demonstrated experience in customer focused roles
- Ability to effectively build relationships and communicate at all levels up to senior management.
- Have good IT skills,
- Strong communication both face to face and over the phone
- Good research skills
- Proven track record working high volume recruitment campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and Google suite
- Ability to think creatively and identify different solutions or options as required
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment

**KEY WORK OUTPUTS and **ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process and advising managers on the current market and our recruitment processes
- Direct resourcing using job boards as well as social media
- Advertising various positions
- Building internal relationships with line managers and stakeholders
- Assist in recruitment related projects and other recruitment requirements
- Ensure that the information is set up correctly on the in house recruitment trackers, Workday and Workable
- Manage time to fill and cost per hire.
- Review recruitment progress with the Recruitment Team Leader by producing agreed monthly reports and any ad hoc reports
- Direct resourcing through job board searches and social media and monitor job postings to ensure each role is kept up to date and is in the correct business format
- Ensure ATR’s (Authority to Recruit) are “live” and liaise with hiring managers to close any ATR’s that are not being actively sourced.
- Update job descriptions and advert templates in conjunction with relevant businesses
- Manage and organise the area recruitment providing and sharing all relevant information and documentation for new starters status with the HR team.
