Getclosure helps businesses understand what is happening online. Our team provides social media monitoring, community management and media analysis services to leading local and international brands.

We are looking for a team player with excellent language and analytical skills, good news judgement, and a strong understanding of the international news media and social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage);
- Strong media literacy, and awareness of international news;
- Ability to work to deadlines, accurately;
- Experience in distilling meaning from large volumes of data;
- Experience in a newsroom / corporate communications / public relations environment;
- Willingness to work to a shift schedule, when required;
- Applicant must live in Cape Town.
