Are you a registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist (HPCSA) with a Bachelors degree and experience within talent management in a customer facing role, perhaps in training related or working with HR insights and processes, organisation behaviour and development? If so, SHL South Africa is currently seeking a **Professional Services Associate Consultant**an exciting role providing you with the opportunity to use your technical experience as a psychologist or psychometrist for in a customer delivery role.

**What you will be doing**:

- Delivering quality talent project components, driven by ethical standards, according to the set standard and scope.
- Maintain a level of professionalism and business acumen to engage effectively with customers as well as deliver consistent quality according to a standard methodology.
- Continuously develop a level of professionalism and business acumen to engage effectively with customers.
- Monitor individual projects for profitability and efficiency in order to identify opportunities for continuous business improvement.
- Maintain the integrity of the overall solutions, handling any escalations and being involved in re-scoping if required.
- Accurately and consistently attend to administration and record-keeping.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure knowledge share across the business.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while delivering talent solutions.

**What we are looking for from you**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree and be a registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist with the HPCSA.
- Experience within talent management/measurement
- Possess talent management knowledge and experience working with HR insights and processes, organisational behaviour and development.
- Good knowledge of psychometric principles and best practice

**Desirable**:

- Experience as a client facing consultant and having presented and facilitated training courses
- Data analytics skills
- A persuasive and credible networker - with skills to develop existing opportunities and leverage new ones
