The Business Relations & Legal Consultant will be responsible for managing the company's external relations and overseeing all legal and compliance matters related to its operations. The role requires a strong understanding of business and commercial law, with the ability to provide sound legal advice, manage contracts, and represent the company in formal proceedings when necessary.

Responsibilites:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Provide legal and business guidance to ensure the company operates within all applicable laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Advise management on business risks, compliance requirements, and dispute resolution.
  • Handle legal processes and, where applicable, represent the company in court or through external legal counsel.
  • Support the business in decision-making by interpreting legislation and identifying the legal impact of strategic plans.
  • Participate in meetings with external clients or partners to safeguard company interests.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Law or equivalent.
  • Certification:
    Licensed legal practitioner (must hold a valid law certification enabling court representation).
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Legal Consultant or Business Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of general and commercial/business law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

  • Professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to work across industries with a practical understanding of business operations.
  • Confident in handling both advisory and representational legal work.

Salary Package:
Negotiable and based on experience and interview outcomes.
