**Payroll and Benefit Specialist** who can
**manage multiple projects simultaneously** with a
**strong attentiveness to detail**. One will be
**responsible for all payroll and benefits processing tasks. **Responsibility will include the
**preparation**,
**distribution**, and
**reporting processes for payroll**,
**collecting and reviewing employee information**,
**calculating**
**salaries, preparing, and processing employee payments**,
**maintaining accurate payroll records** and
**handle all EVP**
**benefit administration and processing**. One will have the unique opportunity to
**investigate and resolve payroll and benefit issues**,
**ensure**
**strict**
**compliance with company and regulatory standards** as well as
**maintain meticulous records** and thrive in a high volume / pressurised environment.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant **tertiary qualification**:

- **5 **Years general payroll and benefit **management experience within **a **global consulting firm environment** will be required.
- Solid **understanding of different benefit plans** (**retirement, health, and risk**), and **relevant regulations**.
- Proven track record and focus on** contract processing**, **reconciliations**, **benefits administration**, **automation**, and **enhancement of processes**.
- **Advanced MS Excel**:

- Experience in **SimplePay** will be an advantage.
- Attention to detail and **analytical**.
- **Effective communication**:

- **Pragmatic** and **creative solution orientated**.
- **Self-starter, results driven**, and **deadline driven**.
