**Duties**:

- Customers and suppliers record creation and maintenance
- Prepare and control of customers and suppliers (full accounting function)
- Deal with customer and supplier related enquiries
- Ensure that all suppliers are paid on correct credit terms
- Prepare Debtors & Creditors Reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Statements/ Remittances to debtors / creditors
- Processing of cash books including all business and trust accounts
- Allocating creditors and trust creditors correctly within Pastel
- GRV’s and RTS’s with full accounting functions
- Preparing and capturing of EFT’s and payments on banking systems
- Complete all duties and as assigned by the Debtor & Creditor Controller
- Liaising and distributing client schedules to relevant clients
- Handling of queries relating to all clients pay overs

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with Accounting & Math’s
- Relevant accounting degree
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Accounting package experience (Pastel Evolution).
- 1 year’s debtor and creditor related experience.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
