Core Description
To provide a Human Resources Line Support service to a designated customer base in a specific Business Unit to facilitate the realisation of the HR strategy and related initiates. This role includes the consultation on, and facilitation of various people related matters. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Responsible for the execution of HR policies, procedures and controls in assigned business area/s to align with the overall HR strategy for the area and ensure adherence to all relevant procedural/legislative requirements. Provide guidance to employees and assist management to execute on talent management processes (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, career management, succession planning) within their respective teams. Provide guidance to employees and assist management to execute on remuneration processes within their respective teams Actively participate and facilitate the adoption of all HR digital processes and systems as part of the digital transformation for people processes in the business. Assist with the execution of learning and development processes within respective teams; and help identify opportunities for developing skills and capabilities aligned to business strategic objectives Engage with employees on change management and culture related initiative and programmes and facilitate the successful implementation of these initiative in the respective area of business. Through guidance from Employee Relations Specialists, advise, guide and support management with employee relations matters Actively facilitate and support the gathering of analytics, data and trends to diagnose people issues and provide insight into recommending effective solutions for the business. The successful incumbent would need to be confident with senior stakeholder engagement. Experienced in ER. Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint - able to compile HR Management reports, decks and present to Senior Management. Good with conflict management and Problem solving. Ability to work independently would be advantageous.
