We are looking for a mid-senior growth marketing manager for our portfolio of ventures including Powertime, PayGenius, AfricArena, FSATLabs and Methys.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the leadership of the various entities, develop digital marketing strategies that will support the sales and growth objectives of the various entities.
- Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns that support growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements
- Ensuring best possible spent optimization by continuously optimizing campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets and other strategies.
- Managing full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across paid media channels.
- Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimizing campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels.
- Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting.
- Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.
- You will manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI.
Profile
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast pace environment
- Goal and results oriented individual who can accomplish tasks at a fast pace
- Confirm level of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company.
- Fluent in English.
- An agile marketer who is comfortable with an evolving team structure, and willing and able to put on many hats.
- Must have strong expertise in-platform Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ad Words experience building out account structures, campaigns and optimizing for performance-based goals for Social and/or Search media.
- Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots, etc.) and reporting tools. SQL skills a plus.
- Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking
- Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams working internationally.
