A position has become available in the Marketing Department at the Head Office, Cape Town for a Marketing Administrator.The Marketing Administrator supports the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Relationship Management (BRM) divisions with various admin-related tasks including invoice management and restaurant marketing data management. This is a functional role which ensures the divisions can operate optimally and meet various business goals such as attaining deadlines and communicating accurate information to consumers and clients.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Tertiary Education or courses related to administrative functions and/or marketing
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Must be passionate and curious about customers, marketing and restaurants
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
- Restaurant experience/understanding of Franchise Operations advantageous.
- Deep understanding of Spur Corp brands, markets and customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:**
General**
- Manage all admin-related marketing tasks across the CRM and BRM division
- Assist the CRM and BRM divisions on Operational management, monitoring and reporting of programmes and products
- Support the divisions with testing of programmes and products

**Financial**
- Monitoring and Validation of service provider SLA and invoicing against contract within budget parameters
- Process and prepare invoices across the CRM and BRM divisions for approval and payment
- Ensuring all invoices are timeously processed and fiscal processes are adhered to

**Internal**
- Updating of SMART with marketing relevant information - i.e. store contact information, coordinates etc
- Assisting contact centre and franchisees with any queries relating to process or supplier offerings related to programmes and products
- Ensure that Contact Centre is updated with relevant, timeous information about initiatives to ensure that the Contact Centre team can convey the correct information to inquiring customers.
- Comply with company policies in terms of leave / out of office leave / telephone usage / travel claims.
- Operations: ensure an understanding of internal operations in order to implement practical insights and learnings in all initiatives.
- Cross-pollination: sharing of learnings across all Spur Group brands.
- Timeous, correct extranet communication of all initiatives.

**Customer, Market and Business Intelligence**
- Working as a team to deliver on work objectives, brand managers briefs and requirements
- Operational assistance to brand managers for marketing communication elements; including POS, advertising and marketing material, content monitoring for digital and social media platforms.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve any queries related to programmes and products.
- Support local store network supplier in auditing of content on local facebook pages
- Support suppliers with local store agency network communications
