Key Responsibilities:

- Administer the sales cycle with acumen, from initiation to successful conclusion.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and fidelity.
- Sustain regular communication with clients to comprehend their evolving requirements and identify growth opportunities.
- Sustain meticulous records of sales, clients, prospects, and partners to ensure effective organization and follow-up.
- Proactively cultivate new leads to maintain a robust and active sales pipeline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.
- Superior communication skills to effectively engage with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- In-depth industry knowledge and awareness of current trends and best practices.
- Analytical skills to gather, interpret, and leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust and foster long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, with a focus on achieving results and closing deals.
- Should have experience generating leads and rewarming old leads
- Ideally experience using Close CRM, although usage of any other CRM is also welcome.
- Experience working in the tech space with an understanding of web design and development.
- Experience in remote sales.
