The Role: Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the Eastern Cape region. This role involves both new business development and account management, requiring a mix of technical sales knowledge and relationship-driven selling. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions that align with their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to support solution-based sales.
Coordinate sales activities with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare performance reports.
About You
Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Executive or Representative.
Experience in a technical or industrial sales environment (advantageous).
Diploma or degree in Business or related field (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/BRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
