- _Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding environment end-to-end process._
- _Minimum of 2 years experience working in a client-facing capacity._

- _Experience in managing freight RFQ’s and tenders_
- Main Purpose of the Role_
- Ensure all activities regarding the management of designated key accounts are executed and that the assigned key account portfolio grows as per the annual incentive scheme._
- Duties & Responsibilities_
- Daily_
- _Assist with any queries customers may have and work with operations in updating and resolving as required._
- _Assist and support the operation any ‘out-of-ordinary’ freight requirements, such as COD’s or handcarrys._
- _Updating and maintaining CRM system (MS Dyanmics)._
- Weekly_
- _Weekly operational meetings with customers._
- _Weekly, monthly and bi-monthly meetings with clients (Target 8 calls per week/ CBR’s & QBR’s). _
- _Facilitating operational meetings between client and DSV operational controllers. _
- _Identifying opportunities for extension business growth / insurance / customs consultancy. _
- _Keep Records on MicroSoft Dynamics up to date with all meetings, leads, opportunities and client contact information._
- Monthly_
- _Compiling monthly management reports and present to customer on a monthly basis_
- _Manager customer statements and overdues, as well as actively working with operations and finance to solve any invoice queries the customer may have._
- _Maintaining and updating rate profiles _
- _Manage and resolve CSP surveys and feedback._
- _Present opportunities for additional revenue and business growth within your designated customer portfolio._
- _Managing the debtor’s with the client for queries, payments and payment terms._
- Other Duties_
- _Customer dinners and general entertainment as and when required._
- _Managing customer tenders and RFQ’s ensuring DSV re-secure existing business and gain additional lanes where possible._
- _Manage and assist with ISV’s._
- _Manage quarterly ROIC with feedback and engage in negotiations with customers where increases are required._
- _Manage annual price increase process._
