Proactively and strategically partner with relevant business units to enable effective and efficient organisational alignment and embedment of change to promote alignment between key behaviours and strategic initiatives. This role focuses on strategic alignment, change embedment, and communication, ensuring its consistent capability and integration across business units, business lines, and functions. It includes a focus on people change communication and embedment, colleague transformation and driving transition roadmaps, change visioning and leadership alignment, sustaining and instituting new ways of work, stakeholder engagement, business transformation management, events management/branding/ marketing and best practice alignment.

**Job Description**:
Accountability: Strategy Formulation and Execution
- Influence the development of new practices that can be applied across the bank to achieve strategic plans and goals and enable knowledge sharing and integration of practice areas.
- Undertake analysis of management and specialist information across the bank and develop high-level reports for strategic decision-making purposes.
- Identify strategic role players and stakeholders and engage all stakeholders, role players and industry forums to understand changes that impacts on organisational alignment and key behaviours that require change interventions.

- Provide expert advice and support with the integration of service excellence culture, which enables exceptional service to customers that meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.

- Formulate and develop a multi-function operating framework that positively contributes to the achievement of sustainable growth.

Accountability: Client-Driven Innovation and Growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends and role players and ensure that strategy value management is well-positioned to provide competitive and industry-leading products and services through creating and driving an innovative mindset within the business.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that promote the successful adoption of new initiatives, processes, technologies, and news ways of work and key behaviours across EB/VSE.
- Drive change management activities across a single value chain to ensure optimal adoption for change.
- Influence and communicate across all levels of the business to minimise resistance to change and ensure on-boarding of target audiences.

Accountability: Leading Talent
- Direct the development and implementation of human capability across a function to ensure the achievement of the people management strategy.
- Provide expert advice and support in the development and implementation of human capability and accountability frameworks across functions in support of people management strategies achievement.

Accountability: Operational Effectiveness
- Align multi-functional strategies and objectives according to knowledge gained from reports and analysis.
- Identify problems in the functional area and formulate alternate solutions to resolve value chain conflicts.
- Influence the development of new practices that can be applied across the bank to achieve strategic plans and goals and enable knowledge sharing and integration of practice areas.
- Provide expert advice and support in terms of the operating model, strategy and value chain formulation and alignment.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to Senior Management and business units on matters related to organisational alignment, change embedment, special projects and to promote alignment between key behaviours and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders on matters related to organisational alignment and change embedment.
- Ensures the necessary process to facilitate regular strategic alignment between organisational alignment and change initiatives and the Human Resources function.
- Use insights and knowledge gained from high-level reports and analyse complex comparative information to create scenarios to inform strategic intent.
- Drive proactive organisational alignment and people change management interventions from a strategic VSE leadership level to all colleagues and teams to encourage an innovation mindset, ownership, and buy-in.
- Continuously monitor, track, and analyse the effectiveness of communication, the awareness and adoption of change and refine the approach based on feedback loops.
- Develop a robust communication and engagement plan for all engagements across VSE to ensure that communication is cascade
