Sales Intern

PURA Beverage Company is looking for a Sales Intern, to support the Sales department — one of the sexiest beverage companies currently on a fast trajectory to stardom The position is for someone wanting to dive in headfirst and experience what it is like to take a brand from its infancy all the way to a global icon.
**Key Responsibilities**:
NB is LEARN - get stuck in all tasks given to you. Exposure is one of the best form of training.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Support the sales team in organising various projects, administration, events (internal & external) telephone calls and campaigns.
Compile monthly sales reports and placing sales orders.
Attend company events (internal & external) and provide support where required.
Provide the Sales team with logístical and administrative support where necessary.
Support the sales team by recording minutes, and key action points, and prepare agendas for necessary sales meetings.
Assist the Head of Sales with compiling contact reports from meetings with buyers.
Support the sales team in researching competitor brands and report back on pricing, product launches, brand/competitor activity etc.
Work closely with the marketing team to keep up to date with Trade Marketing Material availability and requirement by region.
Actively work on, and support activations, tastings/sampling and events.

**Key Requirements**:
Relevant / related tertiary qualification, or currently finalising studies and an internship is required to complete.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Computer literate and MS Office proficient.
Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken, internally and externally.
A self
- starter willing to take initiative and able to work independently when required.
Comfortable with a rapidly changing role.
Able to excel in a team environment.
Able to perform under high pressure situations.
Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously.
Good organisation and project management skills.
A-Z management of tasks and projects.
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability.
Energetic and willing to get stuck in to grow PURA into an iconic and much-loved brand.
Curios minded, and not scared to ask questions.
Must know how to have FUN
