**Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)**
- **Provide day to day business administrative support**
- **Liaising with internal departments**
- **Playing a supporting role in managing client relationships**
- **Performing marketing activities with a focus on social media management and engagement.**
- **Supporting sales activities such as updating the CRM, following up with potential clients, and developing innovative strategies to contribute to the company's business development efforts.**
- **Keeping track of business operations (organising meeting schedules, booking training slots, ensuring that all post training admin processes are completed timely and accurately)**
- **Assist with Ad-hoc requests**
- **Observing best business practices and etiquette**

**Skills**
- **Must have strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience is vital.**
- **Proactive approach problem solving and the ability to multitask**
- **Works well under pressure and within deadlines - level headed and able to prioritise tasks**
- **Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills**
- **Impeccable time management and organizational skills**
- **Attention to detail**

**Requirements**:

- **Must be friendly and flexible**
- **Must have a BCom degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management (or any similar qualifications)**
- **Previous work experience in a professional environment will be advantageous.**
- **Must have a driver's license and a reliable means of transport**
- **Clean driving record**
- **Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening**

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
