**Internal Sales Representative required in Cape Town.**:
Are you a proactive team player with a passion for customer service and sales support? Our client is looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to support their External Sales team.

In this role, you’ll be handling incoming calls and electronic orders, assisting walk-in customers, following up on quotes, and ensuring sales leads are passed on efficiently.

If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the link between customers and the sales team, this is the opportunity for you.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Proven experience in internal sales, preferably within the glass, aluminium, or building materials industry
- Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes, customer service, and order management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills to manage quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups effectively
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills and a willingness to go the extra mile

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Internal Sales and assisting External salesperson
- Tracking sales orders and following up on quotes
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Identify new customers and forward to External Sales
- Reaching sales quotas and goals
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Brining new customers to increase customer base.
- Debtors’ management
