We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities from within the office, managing customer accounts,processing orders and maintaining strong client relationships.This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channelsPrepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersSupport the external sales team with administrative and coordination tasksMonitor stock levels and delivery schedules to ensure timely customer serviceUpsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targetsCollaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure seamless order fulfilmentResolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally Qualifications and Skills:Between 3- and 5-years’ experience in internal welding sales, customer service, or a similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous welding experience will be an advantage.Ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsGoal-driven and self-motivated
