**Purpose Statement**:

- To represent Capitec at Cash Industry forums, contributing specialist expertise towards discussions and drawing up formal responses on behalf of the bank to selected / allocated issues.
- To project manage operational cash projects
- To execute business improvement opportunities identified in the Department, to improve device uptime and decrease costs.

**Experience**:
**Minimum**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a cash management environment.
- Proven data, systems and process analysis experience.
- Project management experience

**Ideal**:

- 5+ years in cash management environment.

**Qualifications (Minimum)**:

- A relevant degree in Finance or Business Management

**Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)**:

- Honours Degree in Finance or Business Management

**Knowledge**:
**Minimum**:

- Detailed knowledge of cash devices.
- Cash Device support and monitoring technical functions and processes.
- Supplier engagement (Supplier management for Manager)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Data analysis and reporting practices, methods.
- Detailed knowledge of Cash in Transit (CIT) processes.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Cash industry knowledge - and understanding of regulations.
- Knowledge of cash, and the industry is critical.

**Ideal**:

- Capitec Bank services, products, policies and procedures.

- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Decision making skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Problem solving skills
