- Manage and maintain accurate client records related to debt collections and repayment plans.
- Generate and distribute client statements, payment reminders, and other relevant correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, creditors, and legal professionals to resolve account discrepancies and facilitate smooth communication.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of legal documentation related to debt review and mediation processes.
- Utilize specialized software to track and manage client accounts, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries.
- Support the collections team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience in a collections administration or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of debt collection practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
