**_Job description_**

1. Analyze non-payment reasons and then negotiate on the best possible arrangements in order to obtain the best possible outcome for the business

2. Understand credit bureau information and analyze bank statements. They must have comprehensive knowledge of the National Credit Act and understanding of the legal process for defaults and the debt review process.

3. The Collection Agent should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness thus maintaining trustful relationships between its employer and the Client.

4. Full knowledge and understanding to assist clients with general debt review queries

**_Requirements_**
- Collections
- Knowledge of debt review compulsory
- 1-2 years’ experience in the role
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Credit and criminal clear

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R10,000.00 per month
