- Loading new customers onto Evolution & WinFreight.- Maintenance of customer information on Evolution & WinFreight.- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.- Assigning claims to relevant branch managers to complete incident report.- Notify the freight guard about the claim report, to get recommendation for the claim.- Keeping record pf all AOD’S on the spreadsheet.- Responsible for submitting all AOD’s received from branches to the accounts payable department to invoice the relevant outstanding companies.- Forwarding all claims together with required documents to freight guard.- Responsible for maintaining all Claims registers.- Assist Accounts & preparation of Claims documents for approval by Financial Manager.- Assist Accounts Payable with reconciliation for Claims & AOD’S- Responsible for submitting all Third parties recoveries received from branches to the accounts payable department to invoice to the relevant outsourcing companies.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications in Risk Management, plus at least 2 years proven experience in claims adjusting.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, deadline driven.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints-taking the necessary correctly action as and when required.
