- Responsible for all administration of the parts department together with Parts Manager- Attend to daily debtors and banking received- Must maintain high level of accuracy and double check oneself- Attending to finance related queries and issues- Attend to Debtors and Creditors function including reconciling accounts, resolving queries with Branch Accountant- Daily reporting to Dealer Principal- Assist with HR and payroll with attendance registers and overtime schedules- Responsible for keeping track of inventory, ordering and purchasing parts for customers- Issuing of all sublet orders and stock request- Assist to coordinate picking up or delivery of parts from one factory to another or to clients- Some responsibilities may include dealing with warranty claims and processing returns of all internal reconditioned components- Your duties may include administrative tasks such as billing and crediting customers-

**Inherent Requirements**
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric or certificate- Code 8 License (valid).- Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience in similar role.- Automate experience- Read and Write in English- Team Player- Confident and proactive approach - anticipates issues and requirements**What Qualification**
