Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Head of Acquisition Marketing** in **Johannesburg** will include:

- Responsible for executing the Acquisition strategy
- Regular review and updates on the strategy to ensure relevance and flexibility
- Identify individual areas for revenue optimisation and initiate the transformation process
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive and capture new leads while ensuring that acquisition costs are maintained within targets
- Leading an acquisition team (Paid Media and Affiliate Manager) towards the company goals in a fun and high productive manner, providing them accurate advice, guidance, support and training to hit business targets consistently
- Defining the player acquisition strategy following an omnichannel approach and being at all times aligned with the company’s overall strategy
- Building and expanding relationships with various advertising partners
- Identifying compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimise risks
- Submitting and getting all acquisition campaigns approved by the Gambling Board
- Delivering media plans in line with CPA and LTV targets
- Defining player acquisition campaigns designed to maximise penetration and grow total file size
- Tracking and management of all campaigns, management of acquisition marketing budget, providing analysis and input

Requirements for this **Head of Acquisition Marketing job** in **Johannesburg**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications and/or Business Management Programme
- iGaming experience will be highly advantageous
- Tactical knowledge of all major media, including web, mobile, social, search/PPC, SEO, CRM, affiliate and event planning
- Launching new products and services in multiple markets
- Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverables
- Marketing fundamentals
- Demonstrated leadership
- Customer Relationship Management
