**Description**:

- Assist Head of PR and Communication with PR, Marketing and Communication related initiatives as instructed.
- Communicating with employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goals and delegating tasks to appropriate team members using TEAMS and Whatsapp.
- Provide project status updates to Head of PR on weekly basis.
- Responsible to manage the photo and video library, and to keep it neat.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain the organization’s websites with up to date information and correct branding
- Maintain Google reviews and company info
- Monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).
- Add relevant press coverage as per Head of PR
- Add relevant careers as per HR Manager instructions
- Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
- Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends
- Research on the industry competition webpages and marketing initaitives
- Responsible for the coordination and production of all video content
- Create and leverage interviews, testimonials, demos, and other storytelling styles in video format to strengthen emotional connections, engagement levels, and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with an agency to create professional videos
- Record and edit video and sound projects for short videos for social media, clients via whatsapp, internal training videos, and what is requested
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- Write the script content, and shotlist to follow on shoot day
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
- Develop and manage our social media strategies per country in collaboration with the Digital Media Coordintor
- Research the need for social in countries where we do not have social platforms
- Ensure content is informative and appealing
- Update status according to Head of PR’s schedule plan (schedule a month ahead)
- Collaborate with PR, Head / Specialist / Country Manager and CEO on approval process
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Educate LBK in field on how to create good SM content with DMC
- Provide constructive feedback on weekly basis and detailed report per month
- In collaboration with other staff, attend, document and promote on-site on social media during events as needed
- Follow, like, interact with partners, industry leaders and affiliates.
- Add image albums after events
- Manage a budget to be spent on social media per country with reporting
- QC employee presentations
- Assist with relevant imagery, graphs, maps
- Make sure the branding and messaging is in line with AT’s Brand CI and tone
- Manage the approval process
- Make sure the final versions are saved in the correct folder on the PR drive
- Manage and retrieve all past presentations done to save on the PR drive
- Create new templates in line with the company’s CI and brand design
- Manage and maintain marketing imagery database
- Manage the PR Drive crop packs for Promo material
- Develop support materials like brochures, flyers, scripts, videos and field communication
- Review and edit communications drafted by internal team members and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone proposition
- Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high-impact writing style and format and design
- Assist Head of PR with internal training, induction etc by creating training videos, promotional material, and welcome packs
- With the Head of PR and all other creatives in PR, research and suggest ideas on office decor
- Together with the Head of PR, create and maintain a media list of advertisers and Agri PR influencers in the industry
- Assisting on event marketing initiatives with Head of PR.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
- Manage market research, member surveys and public polls
- Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
- Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
- Regularly monitoring media for any exposure (online and printed)
- Work closely with Head of PR to achieve the above
