**Description**:

- Daily point of contact with your client portfolio
- Managing the needs of the client and their accounts
- Contributing to daily meetings, and liaising and updating clients on PR activities
- Developing news angles, stories and pitches to further the client’s profile, products and services.
- Managing a high level of client interaction
- Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the brand
- Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
- Regularly monitoring media for any exposure (online and printed).
- Developing industry, sector and product-focused PR campaigns
- Keeping abreast of current PR trends and tools
- Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeople
- A creative thought partner and play a central role in translating the brand at a international level.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced company and develop strategic marketing recommendations in line with business goals and be responsible for executing those recommendations across all channels and tactics.
- Manage all events for your client portfolio (pre, during and post)
- Create events list from the industry - regularly contacting associations, partners, affiliates and industry leaders.
- Manage the Events Calendar for your clients
- Initiate ideas to improve events
- Organising events logistics together with PR Coordinator
- Assisting on event marketing initiatives with Head of PR
- Manage all marketing, promotional and merchandise needed per event
- Perform as company representative for certain community and charitable events
- Support developing staff promotional ideas
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on cross platform information and update as needed
- Perform website audit, identify all errors (weekly)
- Make sure the branding and messaging is in line with AT’s Brand CI and tone.
- Spearheading both traditional PR and social media projects in collaboration with DMM & HO-PR
- Manage the developing of support materials like brochures, flyers, scripts, videos and field communication.
- Manage design, print and setting up of any signage / branding of AT
- Liaising with suppliers for various promotional needs on procurement; working closely with the PR Coordinator
- Keep updated contact list of suppliers.
- Manage and retrieve all past presentations done to save on the PR drive
- QC employee presentations with the PR Coordinator and Multimedia Designer
- Assist HO-PR with internal training, induction etc by creating training videos, promotional material, and welcome packs
- Responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategy, coordinating with the HR & PR team to ensure regular, timely and relevant flow of information throughout the organization, to support improved employee engagement.
- Keep up to date with all departments within AT, to ensure thorough internal communications
- Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high-impact writing style and formatting
- Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods
- Assist Head of PR and Communication with PR, Marketing and Communication related initiatives as instructed.
- Responsible for planning, co-ordination, execution & follow up on appointed projects & activities depending on need
- Communicating with clients about project, event or campaign expectations and goals and delegating tasks to appropriate team members using TEAMS and WhatsApp.
- Coordinates and schedule PR team meetings; make sure TEAMS is up to date.
- Provide project status updates to Head of PR on bi-weekly basis.
- Manage and maintain marketing imagery database.
- Manage the PR Drive crop packs for Promo material.
- Manage the approval processes.
- Make sure the final versions are saved in the correct folder on the PR drives
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in Agri Marketing
- Building a network on LinkedIn for PR exposure
- Managing and mentoring junior members of staff
- Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies in the Agri Industry
- Good industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks
