Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager

**Role Purpose**
Build on and enhance the Digital & Social Media Marketing strategy and translate its essence into an annual marketing plan to drive our brand objectives across multiple digital channels of choice. The role will require hands-on partnerships with our internal studio and agency partners to design, develop and roll out our digital strategy in novel ways, to drive brand awareness that support our always on digital strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- 5 to 8 years’ management experience (management experience critical)
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- A motivator of talent, naturally generous with ideas, but has exceptional project management experience.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Digital strategy**:
- Build on and enhance the Digital & Social Media Marketing strategy and translate its essence into an annual Marketing plan to drive our brand objectives across multiple digital channels of choice.
- Develop online marketing strategies for our brand in partnership with our Strategic partners & Agency strategists.
- Brainstorm and innovate out-of-the-box growth strategies and creative ideas for always on digital and social community engagements.
- Drive new strategies such as the social play book, search engine marketing strategies, and create a culture of making decisions based on available research and insights.
**Design & concept management**:
- Steer and give input into conceptual or digital designs against your knowledge of the established digital objectives for the brand.
- Use your own love for social to stay plugged in and advocate for agile and real-time concepts to resonate with our various consumer audiences online.
- Educate and coach your execution value chain to ensure optimal delivery of format, styles and sizes - to ensure effective implementation of all digital assets on time.
**Digital campaign management**:
- Oversee all digital marketing needs to ensure that our digital marketing campaigns run smoothly.
- Take responsibility to amplify campaigns on digital platforms and oversee our digital media strategy and content strategies.
- Use all digital campaigns to tell the overall brand story of success
**Digital execution**:
- Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence via our social media, social servicing and social community marketing functions.
- Socialise and drive all strategic projects to drive digital execution efforts such as search engine optimisation/search engine marketing for the success of the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as the Momentum web team, to design landing pages and optimise user experience when in need.
- Evaluate emerging technologies as well as provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
**Measurement & reporting**:
- Partner to identify trends and insights to engage and share with your peers at our monthly digital council session.
- Package and nuance these insights to assist other business stakeholders to make decisions across their own business value chains.
- Optimise digital spend and performance based on the insights gained from the Marketing effectiveness dashboard.
- Measure and report on how all digital marketing campaigns perform. Assess campaign performance against our brand objectives by using existing digital, social and Brand Health tracker tools for success.
**Stakeholder & client management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with consumers and stakeholders to promote optimal benefits of the digital funnel (especially awareness & consideration).
- Contribute to sustain a competitive edge through networking and benchmarking to ensure digital representation and excellence in all related forums such as our Executive Quarterly business review sessions, Monthly Digital councils, Quarterly Agency-Client reviews, Post campaign analysis forums etc.
