The **Executive Assistant to the CEO** is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s business development & outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships and manage the sales pipeline. - Manage all aspects of organization’s business management activiteis. - Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. - Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of Board Secretary. Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters. - Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. - Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Prior comparable experience in an organization with at least 100 employees - Prior experience in an organization with a leadership team of at least 8 functional leaders. - Prior experience in sales-driven environment, that is BPO industry, Outbound Sales organization or very agile and fast-growing technology company or private equity. **Salary**: R15,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Have you managed the full outreach process (business development, sales pipeline, proactive follow-ups) for a CEO before? - What has been your monthly salary approximately before? **Experience**: - Executive Assistant: 10 years (preferred) - Business Manager: 3 years (preferred) **Language**: - Any Foreign Language?
