Role Overview We are seeking a high‑performing Account Executive – New Business to grow our market share by identifying, securing, and nurturing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Drive client acquisition and generate new business leads in our target markets. Build relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their business strategies and needs. Position insurance solutions as strategic enablers to support client growth. Engage in active networking and lead generation. Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide market intelligence feedback. Deliver excellent post‑sales servicing through client onboarding, follow‑ups, and issue resolution. Qualifications & Experience Energetic, inquisitive, and driven individuals with a natural ability to sell. Strong business‑to‑business sales experience (2–4 years) with large commercial or corporate accounts. Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proven track record of achieving targets and thriving in a results‑driven environment. Strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers. Exposure to logistics, property development, agriculture, renewable markets, or boutique environments. Experience in highly incentivized sales environments.
