The key areas of responsibility entail managing the end-to-end projects, governance functions and administration services of the various payment systems that make up the Company's system through various constituted Structures and industry forums.
- 5 years or more years of hands-on experience as an office or project administrator or coordinator,
- at least 5 years involved in complex multidisciplinary project environments or multiple projects/programmes in the financial services and banking industry.
- Tertiary qualification relevant to the role.

- Advanced Microsoft 365 suite of products (Visio, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of financial processes (e.g., invoicing and budgeting)

**DUTIES**
- Provide office and administration support
- Performing administrative functions such as organise and coordinate meetings, planning sessions and workshops
- Diary management and logistics within time requirements
- Ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared, and all technology are functional to allow for effective engagements
- Record minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and actions at meetings and on time distribution of all documentation/reports and filing of project documentation (Project Administration Audit Checks)
- Keep action logs and follow up on agreed actions from meetings
- Handle general communication and administration activities
- Assist and/or prepare reports, dashboards and/or presentations to provide a comprehensive view of a project
- Compile reports and MIS relevant to the mandate and oversight responsibilities of the executive
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate approval/sign-off processes

- Build and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
- Understand the deliverables of internal and external stakeholders and contribute to success through support
- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Support the payment systems and operations teams reporting to the executive

- Exercise considerable degree of initiative in the execution of duties and perform duties independently
- Portray a professional image and high degree of social skill when dealing with colleagues and stakeholders
