Great, then join our Channel team to help Mimecast achieve strategic business goals and objectives. In this role you will support our global Channel Sales team and partner community by overseeing related transactional tasks, contributing to corporate-led operational process-improvement initiatives. The role will require you to engage with many stakeholders in the business, including our Licensing and Renewal and Sales Operations teams. In this role you'll need to be meticulously organised and process-driven.

**Requirements**:
You'll need:

- Strong time management skills with the ability to respond to requests within specified SLA
- Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- The ability to problem solve and work independently on larger, moderately complex projects and/or assignments
- Experience working in a customer/partner experience function with experience in customer/partner service orientation
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Confident communicator in telephone, written, and face to face engagements
- The ability to engage various stakeholders within the business which includes explaining and interpreting operational processes, practices, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for delivering an exceptional level of service
- A track record of meeting and exceeding targets/KPIs and works to achieve operational targets
