In this role you will need to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the bank and to recommend channel solutions that enable the bank to achieve its goals.
This role involves, business analysis to develop and verify the requirements for developing and proposing client channel interface solution design, user implementation readiness, channel technology roadmap realisation, commercialisation and operationalisation processes that can be used in the implementation of the agreed solutions.
Engage with the key stakeholder communities to understand and develop new opportunities, capability optimisation and trends that would add value to the required analysis work.
Facilitate one-on-one or group workshops to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and policies and channel.
Analyse existing processes and facilitate improvements with stakeholders.
Analyse and model data and data requirements.
Document channel business/functional requirements.
Document channel non-functional requirements.
Document and maintain end to end channel processes.
Conduct a gap analysis to identify the most feasible solution to meet requirements.
Work with business stakeholders to define metrics/performance goals and acceptance criteria for solution and ensure the implementation of the requirements.
Translate business needs and data requirements into detailed business information, functional, integration and process specifications.
Clarify the business requirements, technical solutions, and functional/process specifications for relevant stakeholders.
Work with project team to define metrics/performance goals and acceptance criteria for solution and system and ensure the implementation of the requirements.
Prioritise requirements (critical and non-critical) with Project Manager to identify project deliverables and time frames.
Traceability matrix and sign off business requirements to system analysis.
Sign off system analysis.
Business Analysis planning and monitoring - responsible for the tasks used to organise and coordinate the business analysis effort.
Elicitation and Collaboration, responsible to conduct tasks required to elicit and confirm requirements (brainstorming, workshops and focus groups).
Identify and address the business needs in a way that are aligned to the strategy of the channel.
Organise tasks that specify and model requirements and designs.
Validate and verify information.
Responsible to recommend improvements and identify solutions.
Responsible for handing over to the system analysts and ensuring they understand the requirement.
Coordinate and where required, participate in the test effort to ensure that the delivered solution meets agreed business requirements and functional/process specifications.
Development of UAT test cases and acceptance criteria.
Sign off UAT.
Provide input into compiling or write channel manuals and channel guides.
Provide input into compiling or recording how to demos.
Compile training material and provide end-user training to stakeholders.
Participate in post project implementation review.
Monitor MI post-implementation.
Ensure that the project charges are in line with annual development budget.
Ensure that efficient billing process is implemented to recover cost from clients (interim and future); monitor and continuously validate against MIS data.
Liaise with PMO to drive requirements delivery, channel development, scope management and product integration onto channel.
Attend various meetings in order to drive, strategize, ensure implementation, ensure risk mitigation and ensure progress on delivery.
Drive specific projects within the programme.
Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations and ensure stakeholders' requirements are delivered.
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You:
have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science with Honours in Management Information Systems; Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Engineering
have 4 to 5 experience in Client Experience and Value Management
