**Job Description**:
Purpose of the Role:
To provide high-quality and efficient HR support to employees in regard to benefits/rewards. Working as part of the Europe & IMETA Rewards Operations Team. Working with the third-party providers, processing all Rewards Administration for all entities across the Brambles group. Working with business stakeholders to ensure that the administration of the reward meets with their requirements and that all employees’ enrolment and contributions are processed accurately and on time.

Key Accountabilities- Day-to-day rewards/benefit administration on third-party platforms as instructed by the Senior Team Members- Working with internal and external audit teams to ensure that systems and processes meet best practice- Vendor management, including integration of new systems and vendors- Cooperation with third parties in different countries of the Europe/IMETA- Investigate and correct any errors in the case system or processing issues- Management and update of data in the personnel administration and other HR systems (Workday);- Preparing monthly rewards/benefit administration according to schedule, preparing documentation accurately and on time, under supervision

**Qualifications**:

- A completed 3-year Tertiary Qualification (HR, Business Management or similar related field)

Experience- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in an Employee Benefits role, ideally at a large global company- Experience with Workday HR System is advantageous

Skills and Knowledge- MS Office Intermediate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) desirable- Experience of working with HR or Payroll systems, Workday and SAP GV, preferred- Business acumen (knowledge of each business and how to navigate to get things done)- Attention to detail Working with remote locations
