- Basic knowledge of Bore holes/Solar/Prepaid and other innovative utilites
- An all round opertaions person.
- To possess strong skills in surprise maintenance teams such as;
a) Building contractors

b) Plumbers

c) Tilers

d) Pool specialist

e) water specialist

f) Corporates

g) Electricians

h) all other general maintenance

**Minimum Requirement**:
1. Managing a property portfolio

2. Detailed site inspection

3. Filing and administrative work

4. Planned/prepared/organised and having chaired meeting previously.

5. Powerpoint presentations

6. Dealt with Municipality queries

7. A relationship with the Town Planning sector country wide

8. Previously done advertising and marketing with the aim to achieve high efficiency on short term letting

9. Indepth knowledge/experince with analytical calculation of Utilities Country wide.

10. Sound knowledge of working with Body Coporates
- Code 8 drivers lincense
- Roadworthy vehicle

**Hours of work**

Monday-Friday 07h00-16h00

Saturday 07h00-12h00

**Salary Package**

Basic R12 000

Vehicle allowance R1000

Fuel Allowance R1000

Cell Allowance R250

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
