This role requires comfort with cold calling, handling telesales, and working closely with the team to bring fresh, exciting ideas to life. Saturday availability is essential for this role. **Company Values** - Safety First: Prioritizing the safety and well-being of guests and staff. - Respect Rules: Following regulations and company policies. - Integrity Matters: Always doing the right thing. - Fun is Key: Creating joyful and positive experiences. - Stay Clean: Keeping the park spotless and hygienic. - Family-Focused: Offering fun activities for all ages. - Serve with Care: Providing exceptional customer service. - Build Community: Encouraging social connections through play. **Responsibilities** - Bookings Management: - Use Salesforce to manage party bookings, schedules, and customer details. - Coordinate party availability with park staff and ensure accuracy. - Assist with booking confirmations, changes, and follow-ups. - **Customer Communication**: - Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly. - Cold call leads to promote party offerings and follow up on inquiries. **- Marketing Support**: - Contribute creative ideas for party themes, packages, and experiences. - Assist in promoting party offerings through social media and other marketing channels. - Provide input on campaigns aimed at increasing party bookings. **- Event Coordination**: - Work with park staff to ensure parties are executed seamlessly. - Support party hosts by sharing ideas and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded. **- Weekend/Public holiday Work**: - Be available to work public holidays & weekends to support peak party times and customer needs. **Skills and Qualifications** - Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). - Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., ManyChat). - Background in telesales or customer service is highly advantageous. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach. - Creative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences. - Flexibility to work Saturdays and handle busy environments.
