Channel Coordinator- Wayfair

Job title: Channel Coordinator Reporting to: Commercial Manager

Job purpose:
To support with the day-to-day management of the Laura James Wayfair accounts to ensure the brand is well represented and sales targets are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure SKU health is the best is can be to maximise revenue
- Ensure the product catalogue is kept up to date adding and removing products as necessary
- Keep existing product listings current and in line with the UK Laura James website (Imagery & descriptions)
- Ensure all product variations are linked to maximise sales potential
- Closely monitor product information feeding through to Wayfair to ensure data issues are resolved promptly such as stock holding
- Update pricing within Wayfair partner home and on NetSuite to ensure cost price changes and promotions are actioned for Wayfair
- Coordinate internally with key teams to resolve any issues that may occur with the channel accounts
- Create key reports to communicate information such as, listings progress, sales performance and inventory information
- Deputise for Commercial manager in meetings with Wayfair partners when the Commercial Manager is unavailable

Previous experience & education:

- Minimum education level - GCSE (or equivalent)
- Experience working on Wayfair partner home is ideal
- Experience using excel to intermediate / advanced level
