Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar position

Knowledge of general building material environment is essential

Ability to estimate/calculate house plans

Proven success in personal selling (achieving sales targets), customer service finding new business (customers) and converting it to actual sales

Ability to manage and coordinate regular stock takes
