THE OPPORTUNITY: *
- We are looking to employ a People Operations Coordinator, who at the core of the role, can handle a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth daily operations of the People Operations Team. Typically these tasks include, but are not limited to performing administrative duties pertaining to the enablement of employees through the full employee lifecycle and functional office management.

**WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO ASSIST THE TALENT TEAM WITH**:

- Scheduling of Interviews
- Managed Integrity Evaluation (MIE) and reference Checks
- Posting of new roles for hire on BambooHR, our Careers page, selected Job Boards and LinkedIn

**OFFICE MANAGMENT & EMPLOYEE COORDINATION DUTIES**:

- Manage the company's reception area
- Act as a liaison between building landlord team and company
- Maintain communal spaces
- Order and maintain office inventory
- People Ops related admin, BambooHR, Microsoft Office Suite - Confirmation of Employment requests, reporting line changes etc.
- New starter communications and liaison
- Diary Management relating to Onboarding of new employees
- Ad Hoc expense reporting
