Sales Co-Ordinator

Job Summary

Providing high quality support to the Chief operations officer and the sales and marketing Manager. Maintaining relationships with all our existing clients and suppliers. Briefs and instructs internal brand communication/design department. Development and execution of effective brand activation/launch rollouts. Full Management from Inception - planning, developing, implementing, to the execution of the finished product. Continual management and assessment of all products within the company. Reports directly to Sales and marketing Executive Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements; this includes but is not limited to itineraries, flight check-in, transportation to and from airport.
- Travelling if required.
- Administrative work — Leaders reports, SYNC reports
- Assists with costings — promotional items/garments
- Brief and instruct brand communication/design department..
- Development and execution of effective brand activation/launch rollouts.
- Overseeing and management of sales team when the Executive manager is away.
- Full responsibility when your buddy is sick or on leave — proper handover must be done with password and everything to do with your brand/s.
- Works closely with product development team to research and implement new products.
- PPO/PO processing, Quotations, Sales orders, Invoicing.
- Achieving Target.
- Tender processing, putting presentations/proposals together.
- Sales Support and Customer Service
- Organise and schedule meetings - Participate in preparation for key meetings, preparing papers and taking minutes and following up actions as required.
- Stock control on certain items
- Assisting with co-ordinating internal functions and end year gifting.
- Handle confidential information with integrity,
- Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
- Attention to detail, the ability to present information clearly and deadline driven.
- Adhere to the company code of conduct and rules.
- Training/upskilling of new employees and current staff when a new item/range becomes available.
- Housekeeping — your workstation to be neat and tidy at all times.
- Responsibilities and duties are not limited to the above.

Qualifications/Skills
- Matric
- Diploma/Degree
- Microsoft Suite -Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Outlook
- SYNC - The Complete ERP & PLM software solution for the Apparel Industry
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Customer service
- Organization skills and a positive attitude.
- Team Player
- Teams Meetings, Zoom, Skype
- Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills
