We are focused on building an experience of a "SAPRO Community," with unique and meaningful employee value propositions guiding our high-level support and employee offerings for each team member. **ROLE PURPOSE** The purpose of this role is to ensure effective client delivery in a manner that will meet and/or exceed all SAPRO's key operational indicators. **PRIMARY TASKS** As a Fulfillment Principal: SME Assurance Centric (Manager) the incumbent will primarily be responsible for the following: - Collaborate with the Key Account Management team to understand the client's needs and goals for each engagement. - Identify the best-suited resources from the talent warehouse to match the engagement requirements. - Ensure that the deployed resources deliver high-quality work and meet project objectives and deadlines. - Monitor resource utilization and billable hours to maximize efficiency and profitability. - Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Ensure timely submission of timesheets to support accurate and on-time billing. - Monitor performance against engagement requirements and expectations. - Maintain a high level of engagement with both clients and internal stakeholders. - Manage the overall client "operational/fulfilment" relationship and deliver quality services to clients. - Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during engagements. **CORE COMPETENCIES** The following core competencies will be beneficial: - Strong understanding of the assurance and auditing environment and the typical challenges that deployed resources face. - Be entrepreneurially orientated, self-driven and a desire to succeed. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability and willingness take ownership and to lead the self-directed work team as may be required from time to time. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - An understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, quality assurance and resource management processes is preferred. - CA (SA) or CPA qualified preferred. - Experience in managing teams and building strong client relationships. **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)** - Client Realization - SAPRO Realization - Client Experience Rating - PRO Experience Rating - SAPRO productivity measure/s - First line time sheet data ownership and accuracy **Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
