Role Overview

The Principal Software Developer is a strategic technical leader responsible for guiding software architecture, mentoring teams, and driving innovation. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, ensuring delivery excellence, and aligning development efforts with business goals.

Required Experience & Skills

• Education
  : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Certifications
  : AWS Certified (SysOps, Solutions Architect); Terraform Associate (advantageous).
• Experience
  : 5–10 years in full-stack development; financial services experience preferred.
• Languages
  : C#, Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, Clojure, F#, Haskell.
• Frameworks
  : Angular, React, Vue, .NET Core, Express, React Native.
• Cloud & Architecture
  : AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.), Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices.
• Data
  : SQL (MS SQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), Graph (Neo4J), ML tools (SageMaker, Jupyter).
