Business Management Consultant-1

Drive the growth of the business in partnership with Private Advisors, by delivering on strategy and managing various business development activities and initiatives to ensure the portfolio's key objectives are met. Responsibilities Identify leads, support campaigns and build relationships within assigned regions. Provide product training and field most Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) queries by leveraging in-depth knowledge of investments, insurance and FirstRand products. Keep IFAs abreast of the latest product and policy enhancements, changes and offerings. Proactively seek sales opportunities and deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through innovative solutions. Assist IFAs in expanding their value proposition and growing their respective businesses. Render administrative support to IFAs, including processing and servicing requests and quotations for timely turnaround. Facilitate interaction between IFAs and Product Specialists on technical requests. Keep up to date with competitor products, services and industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field (essential). 5+ years of broker consulting experience within the Independent Financial Advisor and investments space, with 3-5 years particularly in Life Assurance and a relevant Class of Business training. Experience working with Group Risk, Individual Life and Investment products. Strong sales drive, client‑centric mindset and high motivation. Excellent attention to detail. Curious, innovative and willing to learn. Willingness to travel locally.
