Sales Executive

**Purpose of the role**:
Above position is responsible for Sales and related works and Marketing in selected markets/segments in South Africa & handling/growing Company existing AMS/Keycards/Consumable business/SLA in South Africa being based in Johannesburg.
**Responsibilities**:
To develop the VingCard, Elsafe and other relevant brand exposure through implementation of the following activities:
- _Regular customer sales & service calls in accordance with your call cycle_
- _Liaison between internal admin and customers on all queries (sales, technical, logistics, stock etc.) _
- _Liaison with merchandising personnel on AAGS issues on a weekly and monthly base_
- _Communication & execution of agreed Key Account activities negotiated by GM with H/O buyers (promotional campaigns, special projects, new product launches, new layouts & displays, counts & stock upliftment)_
- _Customer relationship management with key decision-makers (Buyer, Dept. manager, Hotel GM) to secure attic stock, negotiation of Service Level Agreements under the guidance of the GM _
- _Measurement of success of campaigns and promotions_
- _Report writing, proposals & access of ERPLX information to facilitate customer service management _
- _Daily customer contact reports._
- _To provide feedback on relevant market information _
- _Any other activities and new initiatives which enhance the development & growth of the AAGS brand _
- _Sale of keycards to existing clients _
- _Sale of Service Level Agreements_
- _Maintain accurate pipeline_
- _Report accurately on orders and sales expectations for reporting reasons_
- _Ensuring procedures are followed as per SOP_
- _To drive Sales and marketing of Company products in selected markets/segments of South Africa._
- _Fulfillment of Sales budget and profitability responsibility for assigned markets/ segments._
- _To make sure all overdue payments are paid on time and manage receivables effectively in coordination with Accounts head. _
- _To provide Management Monthly forecast report, Quarterly forecasts etc for Sales_
- _Provide Weekly activities/ Sales report._
- _To prepare Annual budgets in coordination with Sales staff and General Manager._
- _To do value selling and implement Company value strategy approach._
- _Responsible for Company’s clients overall satisfaction with product line in assigned areas._
- _Quarterly visits to all clients in region and report generated to advise on current supplier for consumables_
**Requirements**:
- Driver’s license
- Computer literacy (outlook and excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively. You may be required to sleep out frequently.
- Vehicle in good working order
- Good knowledge of the geographical area
- Good knowledge of hospitality industry
- Technical acumen (Basic networking knowledge, understanding of jargon & comfortable with installation & set-up of programmes)
